Commercial Domestic Hot Water Heat Pumps - This session provides an update to upcoming DOE changes that effect commercial water heating manufacturing as well as an understanding of domestic hot water heat pump design considerations, domestic hot water heat pump operation and install and piping considerations.

David Olson is a seasoned sales leader with over 38 years of experience in the HVAC and plumbing product industry. As Regional Sales Manager at Lochinvar LLC, he oversees a multi-state territory generating more than $44 million in annual revenue, driving growth through strategic business planning, representative training, and customer engagement. His expertise spans sales management, problem resolution, and talent development, with a proven track record of increasing profitability and strengthening client relationships. David holds a BS in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University (2015).

David began his Lochinvar career in 1992 where he started as a territory salesman in Minnesota and covered the states of Minnesota, North and South Dakota and Western, Wisconsin.  Promotions have relocated David and his family to San Diego for seven years and then to Frisco, TX (2006) where he currently lives.

Prior to working for Lochinvar, David started his career in Minnesota where he worked for Minnegasco, the local gas utility where he sold new gas service lines and HVAC systems to new rural natural gas customers.
David currently lives in Frisco, TX with his wife (Beth) and two daughters, Kayelyn (25) and Jenna (21).

Outside of work and family, David enjoys fishing and hunting whenever he gets a chance.

Something special:  While living in San Diego David and wife Beth were heavily involved in the San Diego County Foster Care System.  They fostered a total of 25 babies over a six year period and this is how they were able to adopt their two daughters.
